The machinery portion of this dispatch consisted of three equipment sets. The same day’s cargo also included 20 tonnes of steel wire. The workshop photographs show the machine sections and wire coils before loading, giving buyers a view of the actual items behind the shipment figures.

For a manufacturer planning steel strip nail production, equipment and material supply should be reviewed together. The desired nail type and dimensions affect equipment selection, while the wire specification and coil format affect material planning. Confirming these details early helps a supplier prepare a configuration for the products the factory intends to make.

Planning a similar steel strip nail project

If you are considering steel strip nail equipment, start with the product you want to make. A finished nail or strip sample, nail diameter and length, target production volume and available steel wire specification give the supplier a practical basis for discussing equipment. The factory power supply, available floor space and preferred material supply arrangement should also be included in the enquiry.

JINGU supplies equipment for nail manufacturing projects. You can explore the wider nail manufacturing equipment range, then contact JINGU with your nail sample, target output and wire details to discuss a suitable configuration and shipping plan.
